Penna, Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland all boast some of the best smallmouth bass fishing in the country, I’ve heard so much about the upper Potomac in Virginia, the New river in West Virginia or the Susquhanna in PA. All I can locate are guided day trips. I’m looking for a trip of about 4 days with a party of 4. A real fishing camp with good lodging, where you can just get in a boat and fish all day. Anyone know of such a place within 500 miles of Philadelphia area. Sure hope such a camp exist.

Hope someone can help on this. Seems all the good fishing camps are in Canada. Penna, Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland all boast some of the best smallmouth bass fishing in the country, spring fly fishing for bass I’ve heard so much about the upper Potomac in Virginia, the New river in West Virginia or the Susquhanna in PA.
