Going to fish Squaw Creek (south of fishing bass basics Fort Worth) on the 4th of January with my fishing buddy Bob Bryan if the weather cooperates.   Any tips for fishing that water? Going out on Ray Roberts this morning since it will be 74 degrees today!! Buck Creek at Ray Roberts is my favorite place to fish. If you can, try to get a hold of some SOB Lures spinnerbaits.  www.soblures.com,fishing bass basics  I went down there this past spring and caught them on the SOB spinnerbaits when no other spinnerbait would produce for me…  Also a friend from Massachusetts caught one that weighed 11-1 on an SOB Lures bait. The proprietor of SOB Lures is Bill Dee and he’ll build you the bait custom and it stands up to the trees really well. I’m going back to Ray Bob this spring, so please post reports… Charles
