Hi, I’ve just started fishing for  Large Mouth Bass, and basicly have no idea what I’m doing.large mouth bass fishing  I’m interested in some literature that will help me learn to fish California lakes, particularly Folsom Lake, using plastic worms. The best book to get is “Bass fishing in California large mouth bass fishing- Secrets of the Western Pros” by Ron Kovack.  It is a soft cover book in an 8.5 by 11 form factor.  It has a green cover and can be found in any fishing store and I’ve even seen it in Walmart.  If you want a good beginner’s book that covers bass fishing in general, I would recommend Kevin VanDam’s “Bass Strategies – A handbook for All Anglers” with Louie Stout.  It is a little harder to find, but I’d check bass speciality shops first. large mouth bass fishing
